You may know me from the Metaphysical Healing Institute of Palm Beach, in Lantana, FL and if so, thank you for your support and contribution to our community space over the last 4 years! Closing the Institute in Jan of 2023 was a bittersweet decision, but I hope you are excited as I am to explore the new programs I am launching this year that allow me to really focus on being a practitioner!

It's safe to say my life has been a JOURNEY! And not always an easy one at that. 12 years ago I walked into a training room, not knowing what I was in for. Well, thank god I did, because little did I know that was going to be the first day of a new way of life. It was in the rooms of these transformational trainings that I came to terms with my victim mentality and learned how to shift into being responsible for EVERYTHING! At first, a lot of resistance came up as I had been associating the word "responsibility" with blame, duty, and obligation. Over the course of this year-long training, I became an AUTHENTIC, POWERFUL, PASSIONATE, CREATIVE WOMAN, who is responsible for ALL the amazing results in my life both favorable and well..... not favorable, lol. I created the space to SEE how I was in total control only all the time and if I created it... I could also change it. Anything became possible from this year on and I'm grateful every day I was gifted the opportunity to start a new way of life.

The trainings catapulted what was the beginning of a long string of events and experiences that have taken my personal and professional practice deeper and deeper, learning and integrating more and more, year after year.
​
My journey from transformational work led me into a deep desire to understand Ontological Coaching at the mastery level. I love this area of coaching as it focuses on our way of being that will ultimately create all results. Its the ultimate level of understanding authorship and responsibility, in a way that fuels empowerment!
​
From here i began to connect the dots and see how we are truly energetic beings and how working in the realm of metaphysics is a necessary aspect of healing. Understanding this connection is paramount in the healing journey, and was the space of huge breakthrough in my life and my work as a practitioner.
​
As i began to heal my mind I became deeply aware of how my body had responded to decades of toxic energies- thoughts, feelings, emotions and beliefs. I also became deeply aware of the ever-evolving environmental factors that were working against my healing as well.
​
And thus the Mind, Body, Sprit connection became so clear to me that there was no hesitation in my decision 5 years ago to become a full time coach and practitioner.
Life is a journey. One that's worth enjoying! When we have full creative authorship of our lives we can access greater states of joy and peace. We can deepen relationships and feel more fulfilled. We can create amazing RESULTS that enhance our lives and deepen our sense of worth and contribution. We can heal our physical bodies so that we can FEEL better and live with ease, as apposed to "dis-ease."
